Typically pierced with a flat back labret or barbell, but a hinged or ball closure style hoop may be used.
Floating Lobe: Always pierced with a flat back labret or barbell.
Higher Lobe: Typically Pierced with a flat back labret or barbell, but a hinged or ball closure style hoop may be used.

(4) Anti-Tragus:
Should always be pierced with a 14g (1.6) curved barbell with plenty of room for swelling. Once healed, 16g curved barbells, or huggie hoops can be worn.

(5) Lower/ Mid/ Higher helix:
Typically pierced with a flat back labret or barbell, but a hinged or ball closure style hoop may be used. A bar is recommended for ease of healing and minimising risk of catching.

Exclusively pierced with a flat back labret or barbell, but a ring may be fitted once healed.
